* what kind of output are you looking at in the future - meaning - print - web - signage etc?
* does your company have a name?
* give some ideas/samples of what you would like - it removes design guess work
* add as much information as you can to make the process easy for the designer
* consider making payment guaranteed to attract a good base of designers
