Logo Design Brief
I need a business logo that has the flair and elegance for a high end gourmet bakery that specializes in custom one of a kind hand frosted sugar cookies and wedding cakes. My business will mainly be visited online and at shop by appointment only. This logo needs to be adaptable for piping the design onto cookies and cakes by hand, not printing from edible photo paper.
I'm looking for a logo that looks custom made and not off the font list on the computer. The name is the logo and needs to be custom made as well as my cookies are. Would like to see "Mister" be more masculine and commanding "French's" to be more feminine with curves that are elegant delicate and sweeping. For more product information you can visit my Facebook page "Got a Cookie" (old business name) to see my cookie designs and the attention to detail that I put into each cookie. Think a cross between Mr. French in "Family Affair" (old TV series) and Mrs. Fields.

Reason: I approciate the designs so far and they are getting close. However all are in need of that extra punch to them. I'm not the designer so don't know what that is. It just seams to be missing something. That next level of design. Needs more depth then just a two tone flat logo.

I tryed to not give to much direction on my logo design contest because I didn't want to limit your creativity. I have receiced several great designs, but not quite the direction I was hoping for. I have just posted a sketch on my facebook page "Got a Cookie" (old business name) of what I have initially designed. However I'm not a graphic designer and need you to take this design to the next level. There are some flaws in this design I need you to work out like the "n" in French looks like a "m" and need to work on the cursive "r" look. Not sure if this design needs a background or frame or other graphics to make it pop. What I like about this design and what I have been trying to describe is this font is hand created and is designed and not just selected out if a font list. I like the femininity of "French's" but it has a suttle masculine quality to the font with the hard point in certain areas and a very old fashioned look to it. Pen and Ink type font where the vertical parts of the letters are thicker then the horizontal strokes.. And I like the balance of the "Mister" being very masculine in a block font. I feel the swoosh helps balance the design with the "F" being very left heavy. I just can't get it to the next level and that is where I need you. Thank you all for your submissions so far. If you have any questions you can message me here and I will try and answer your questions. Thank again.

Reason: We are getting a lot closer to what I am looking for after I showed you the sketch I have done of what I am looking for on my Facebook page "Got a Cookie" (old business name). However we are still not quite there yet. Hand created fonts are a must. I don't want to see fonts and layouts I could do myself on any computer. Manipulating existing fonts are okay as long as it feels like it has been custom fitted to my design.
