Landing Page Design Brief

We operate several law school bookstore websites. We need a single-page web landing page as the introduction page to our law school textbook rental program that we will be launching. The page should be simliar in style to the homepages of other textbook rental websites, such as www.chegg.com, www.bookrenter.com, www.campusbookrentals.com, http://www.valorebooks.com/rent-textbooks, etc.

The style is similar: an oversized search field, and different areas/icons promoting the benefits of the program, in our case the following:

Main message: "Save Up To 80% On Your Law School Textbooks!"

Secondary Messages:
-Save $$ On Your Textbooks!
-Easy & Free Rental Returns!
-1000s of Law Textbook Titles!
-30-Day Money Back Guarantee!
-Writing/Highlighting Allowed!

We'd prefer if most of the design would fit on a standard browser sized screen without the customer having to scroll down too much to see everything. We would need the final files in a HTML format.
