Poster Design Brief

MEin5D® is a Styling and Fashion concept that assists women in discovering their unique style using personality inspired Fashion Icons. Characters unto themselves MEin5D Fashion Icons are embodiments of core personality traits each symbolic of an essential nature and designed to inspire customers to explore, connect to and enhance those “fashionable” aspects of themselves.

I need a Character Poster design for my Harmonica Fashion Icon (http://mein5d.com/icons/harmonica/). I am looking for a design that creates a scene to capture the essence/universe of Harmonica while incorporating a movie poster layout for titles and text. The poster concept evolved from an earlier idea to create detailed Fashion Style Guides for each Icon. It was decided that a poster concept (one sheet) would be more simple & effective....hence the movie/film layout. The winning designer will be strongly considered for completing the designs for the remaining 11 MEin5D Icons.

POSTER CONTENT & DESIGN GUIDELINES:
1) Harmonica is an archetype for the Libra Zodiac Sign. I am looking for a design that creates a scene to capture the essence/world of Harmonica. The Icon should remain in the foreground to maintain a focus on her clothing style.
2) KEY WORDS - romance, beauty, harmony, balance, warm, soft, love, Venus
3) COLORS - muted, neutral colors (lavender, blue) and pastels. Would like to see a blend of 3+ colors (lavender, pinks and earth tone pastels (for example see mockup))
4) SYMBOLS - scales of justice, roses and rose petals.
5) IDEAS - a landscape with rosebushes or that evokes the feel of a painting
6) A draft/mockup (File 5) is attached as a reference and was created before the movie poster idea. I really like the color scheme & background. I like the use of the larger rose petals (NOT the small ones at the bottom). If scale symbolism is used I would prefer it to be subtle and blend into the background like in this example. I want the Zodiac/Astrological influence to be subtle or more subconscious.
7) See credits (below) for more insight.
8) It is preferred that final files are delivered in vector format using Illustrator (Ai). However, after receiving feedback from designers the bottom line is that I want the final file to be scalable while retaining the same image quality. If this is possible in Photoshop that is not a problem.
