T-shirt Design Brief

I need a tshirt design put together for a customer that is a church.
I want the flag and eagle like in the uploaded file in the brief.
the American flag needs to be horizontal not vertical as it is in the file in brief
I will also need the words from the pledge of allegiance in gold colored, old world, (but yet legible) type font written in the stripes of the flag. also when you get to the line that says one nation under God, it needs to get gradually larger text as you get to the word God. it should be in the biggest size letters.
this will be going on a navy blue tshirt.
