Logo Design Brief

Logo for my new (sole owner, start up business - to be named 'Advantage Diversity').
To be used for:
• Business cards
• Website
• Letterhead
• Car signage
• Training materials

I'd like a clean, corporate look. Prefer two colours (though not locked into this but it is a printing cost saving.Shadows and shading would be ok. I'd like it to also look good in black and white (eg in newspapers, etc).
Possible combinations
• Blue and silver,
• Red and Black


About my new business:
Will be working with a range of clients value-adding to their HR. In particular helping them tap the talent and maximise potential of their diverse workforce through:
• Effective diversity leadership and people management
• Strategic planning incorporating diversity
• Managing complex situations.

A key focus will also be risk minimisation in regard to:
• Harassment
• Discrimination
• Sexual harassment
• Workplace bullying
• Victimisation
• Other inappropriate behaviours

  There is word play potential with the name, which might be used in the logo. ie Advantage Diversity Advantage Diversity…etc
  
  Shape:
  Possibly - circle or ‘ribbon’ to utilise the wordplay– (although happy to look at other suggestions)

• Must be clean and simple - NOT 'busy'. No animals or people faces.
