Hi, I think a poor choice has been made for this contest.
The winner is chosen based on how they make us laugh, and how the hipster conversion is, as stated in the description.
The winner is a generic picture of the actor with glasses, it's supposed to be fun in a way and i think the winner failed at this.
And this beats the whole point of this contests.

It looks like a fake contest, unfortunately, I have seen similar scams, all of the winners are new members on the designcrowd without portfolio with previous works.... and they won with only one work which is not fitting the brief and uploaded in the extended time..
