Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed. I put together a drawing of what I am envisioning but it needs to be done professionally. I am also up for any other interpretations or ideas as well. The company is called Bleed Salt. It will be small line of Saltwater Fishing clothes. The idea that I have envisioned (picture attached) would be a large uppercase B and S in Old English font (I think I actually like the New Old English font more so If I could see that as well as the old style old english). The B and S will be slightly overlapping each other on a downward angle from left to right. Then there will be a rugged fishing hook going through the letters (kind of like an arrow going through a heart). The eye, or circle of the hook would be a skull. Then under it would be the full name in smaller text, Bleed Salt, written in old english. Just the B and S in capitals and the rest of the word in lowercase. Again I would like to see it in new old english as well as old old english. And if for any reason the words in either of the old english fonts is too much then we can go with a Times New Roman for the words and just do the large initials in the old english. Then I was thinking that the words could look as if they were bleeding salt water. So the colors I was thinking would be a mix of black for the letters, like a florescent blue for the bleeding salt water, and a shiny chrome/silver for the hook/skull, with maybe a white outline around the text so it could be printed on a black shirt as well as a white shirt. So this is the idea that I have in mind, however I am up for other ideas or interpretations. I wanted to incorporate the hook since it's fishing, and the skull because skulls just look mean and cool. Overall I want it to look cool, crisp and tough and not to busy. Thank you very much in advance!
