What colors should be used in the design?

What colors .. I am flexible. We are a very casual caterer not formal. Maybe look at our website at www.buckysbbq.com as a reference point.

I am open to suggestions for the design. I am a cook, and you are the design professional. I trust your judgement.

the post card template attached to the brief is 5.5 x 4.25. Is that large enough, since you mentioned a half sheet? Just wanted to make sure I had the correct dimensions. thanks!
