Flyer Design Brief

I need 3 flyers for my new realty company.

REMEMBER THAT EACH POWER POINT I have attached needs to be condensed into 1 flyer each. Thats alot of information for one flyer each so use all your skills to narrow that down.

Each one is to be on a 8.5 by 11 inch paper. IN PORTRAIT not landscape.

The first one will be a flyer that is just "about the company" (make sure all the items on the attached power point are on this flyer)

The second flyer will be our list of "services" (make sure all 10 services are listed see attached power point for the 10)

The third flyer will be our list of "marketing" (make sure all 10 are listed see attached power point for the 10)

I have a Power Point with all these slides so I just need someone who can take the slides and slim it down to 3 flyers

If you need me to purchase any images from ISTOCK then thats fine. Just let me know what you need. You can always use ISTOCK images that are not paid for as you are creating and if you are chosen then I can purchase the images.

Of course you dont have to use ISTOCK images. there are many companies that sell images

The images on my Power Point are already purchased so you can use those for free but if we need to get more images then thats fine.
