Icon Design Brief

I need a set of high quality icons (same/similar design at different resolutions for iPhone, iPad, App Store etc.) for an app that is under development. I will supply several branding elements (in JPG format) that should be incorporated. I have a crude design draft, but would be open to alternative suggestions. The app should depict an audio enhanced book.

The only element that must be included is a speech bubble (part of our branding) and a conceptual "audio track" sound level display (provided). Ideally our background can be incorporated, as well as an element depicting a book. But these can be omitted and/or replaced for a good design outcome. Icons can be more detailed at larger sizes, and book element can be left off the smaller sizes.

Deliverables preferably in layered .PSD files.
