Icon Design Brief
We need a fresh icon design for our new weather app.
The app is called "10 day Weather Forecast with Animated backgrounds"
The main features are:
+ Accurate 10 day weather forecast
+ Relaxing animated weather HD backgrounds which match current weather conditions
Other secondary features:
+ Also displays forecast location time and date along with detailed weather information
+ Universal app, available for both iPhone and iPad
App screenshots are attached to give some ideas.
Desired output:
+ Attractive icon design reflecting the purpose of the app without being overcrowded
+ NO text such as "day" or "weather" should be on the icon. Number 10 is fine, but not required
+ Must be instantly recognisable at native icon sizes (57-60px for iPhone and 72-76px for iPad) i.e. too much details should be avoided which only visible at high resolution
+ Required format layered PSD file with min 1024x1024 resolution
+ Designed for iOS 7
