1. you would like to keep the letter styling of the current logo - meaning no Icon, same text or font but incorporate an anniversary graphical element to it.
2. If you are open to having an icon but not keeping the text style since this has been already your established brand
3. Changing the logo entirely (ie. icon + new logo name style)
