Logo Design Brief

We have formed an organization called Sentinel Care Group, which will be a developer of multiple franchised concepts, primarily operating in healthcare, personal care services (such as child care or care programs for people on the spectrum), home health/home care, and similar. Sentinel will not actually provide services directly, instead will be providing services through its brands. The logo need to install confidence in our brands and also to the founders of the businesses we want to partner with to help grow. Open to colors and design of the logo. Would like something that is simple enough to put on shirts, etc., but also not too simplistic.
