Logo Design Brief

We need a high-end, luxury real estate logo for a boutique 4-home custom development located in Vista, California, titled "The Estates on Happy Daze Lane".

Design Requirements & Aesthetic:
- Style: Minimalist, modern, and architectural. Think luxury coastal/inland Southern California estate living.

-Color Palette: Strictly Rich Black and White (high contrast). No gradients, gold, or bright colors. Important Color Note: While our v1 sample brochures show light gray boxes, we are completely removing the gray. Your logo designs MUST focus strictly on a high-contrast Rich Black and White palette.

- Versatility: The winning logo will be placed on a $4'\times 4'$ outdoor roadside sign, printed bifold brochures, single-page listing sheets, and digital media. It must look clean at both large sign scales and small document headers.

- Design Elements to Explore: We welcome typographic lockups, clean architectural line accents (e.g., subtle modern roofline or gable angles), or thin circular/geometric emblem badges.

- Deliverables: The winner MUST provide raw, editable vector files (.EPS, .SVG, .AI) along with high-res transparent .PNG files.

*Attached are our team's Brand Guidelines and current v1 brochure concepts. Use these solely as a reference for layout positioning and brand standards. We want a distinct logo for "The Estates on Happy Daze Lane" that fits seamlessly into the top header areas of these brochures and our outdoor entrance sign!*
