Logo Design Brief

I am interested in redesigning the logo for Principal Advisors. I like the color #1e3348 and shiny gold, but I am open to other options. I am thinking a blue building background with a thin shiny gold building outline on top of it (like in the photo of the middleton street property management sign) and Principal Advisors being the same blue as the building, again I am open to other options. It should say commercial real estate. The logo and company name should be easily read on a real estate sign. All of other previous logos are attached.
