Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for new start up. The product is a special mineral balancer food supplement for horses, together with offering interactive tools, dashboard and data analytics, hay analysis and new approach to understanding horse nutrition: connecting latest science and information, data, analytics, the individual situation, goals and parameters of the horse and owner to assess what the horse currently needs to achieve its goals (health or performance ones).
Couple templates from AI with direction in which the design COULD go are available. We can discuss whether we would simply re-create those or try one more creative design interpretation based on the values, positioning and strategy of the company.
Attached are a couple of drafts from AI representing in which direction the logo, the picture on the website and the product label could go.
Things that should be represented in logo: horse, mountain, natural, movement (?)
strategy of company: high value, premium, nische product, natural, bio-available substances that target high performance and health of the horses. The company is innovative and targets equine precision nutrition, comes from austria from the mountains and will be based on data and analytics - supplementation should be accompanied by ground feed (hay/grass) analysis and supplementation of the minerals that are commonly missing. The company also offers many interactive tools and data analytics and dashboard for clients, as well as feeding consultations.
