Change Fluency is an emerging brand of thought leadership that is an intentional derivative from traditional ways of thinking about change management. At this time, there is no intent to form a company with a service offering around the topic. It could become a book in the future or evolve into a coalition of sorts where other passionate thought leaders come together.

Tone / Personality
Innovative yet grounded. Quietly confident. Not corporate-stiff or not startup-casual. Think: smart people sharing smart ideas that inspire others to think differently.
Logo Elements
The logo should have the words “Change Fluency” as well as a powerful icon. The icon should convey strong brand representation so that can be used alone and people will think “Change Fluency.”
We want the logo to convey:
Change, perhaps as symbolized by the Greek letter Delta, a triangle symbol widely used in math, science, and everyday business to represent a change
Constant, as in change is always happening, perhaps as symbolized by the infinity symbol
The logo will be used for:
The logo should be versatile: Website, LinkedIn group branding, slide decks, social media graphics, etc.
Design considerations / variations
Logo must work well in full color and single color
Logo must work well on light and dark backgrounds
Logo variations are needed for use in square layout and horizontal layout
