Hi.
"Like Porsche, Apple, Bang & Olufsen, or Dyson" is certainly cool... but you do understand that it wasn't the logos that made these companies what they are in the audience's perception, but their reputation that allowed their corporate style to work as a model that many now aspire to?

Maybe you could add a few photos of your products to the brief so we can understand the visual concept you're striving for, not just verbally, "We want it like...," but concretely, "We have this, and we want this style to be reflected in the logo."

Right now, it feels more like a conversation among friends, "Let's start a business like Bang & Olufsen or Porsche! It'll be awesome!"

Hi there,
I've just submitted a brand concept and logo design (including some usages of it) for your contest.
Due to the complexity of the project, it will be great to receive your feedback and keep working from this point (Design Id #37521675)
Thanks for your time!

Please don’t make any logo with lightening this is a light Buisness

Hello again.
I'll try to answer for everyone.
It seems you don't quite understand the situation.
ELECTRA lighting.
The name already evokes associations with electricity for many. What is the symbol for electricity? And what does lighting sound like?

The conclusions are obvious.
Considering that both words in the name are associated with lightning, then designers are drawing lightning.
The Apple logo isn't a pear, Porsche isn't a coat of arms... Can a family name have a coat of arms? Maybe.

Do you understand?

To be completely honest, naming is unsuccessful from a branding perspective. If designers, people who are more or less sophisticated, associate it with lightning, then your audience will likely have the same associations.
Now imagine yourself in this situation: you read ELECTRA LIGHTING. If you don't look closely, your brain will read LIGHTNING. A difference of one letter.
And not the most visually striking one, at that. The human brain is wired that way—it'll see the familiar. "Electra—yeah...something about electricity..." and then it'll build its own sequel. What do you think?

Hi there, can you please give specific feedback? My proposal does not have a lighting in its design. Can you use the feedback tool to know which direction do you want to take? Thanks

Submission ID: #4117352
Thank you for reviewing my submission. Please take a moment to read the pitch, as this direction is designed to give Elektra Lighting a premium and recognisable presence while avoiding the generic visual language commonly used across the electrical industry.
