I have a few questions regarding the file format and some specific edits for the 2026 KPF festival form. Technical Questions • Editable Format: Could you confirm that the final files will be provided in an editable format? I need to ensure I have the flexibility to update names, details, and pictures if needed. • Layout & Printing: I would like this to be a one-page document (front and back). Could you ensure the file is set up so that Page 1 and Page 2 are properly formatted for double-sided printing? Content & Revision Requests Please update the design with the following changes: • Hotel Link: I would like to include a link to our hotel block. Since the messaging system sometimes restricts direct links, you can find the correct URL by visiting Kentucky Poultry Federation’s Web ( Ky poultry org ). Navigate to the Events tab, then click directly on the events tab at the top, then look for "Book your room" to reach the 2026 Kentucky Poultry Federation reservation page at the Marriott Griffin Gate. • QR Code Update: Please replace the current 2025 Handbid QR code with the updated 2026 version. You can find this under the Events tab on our website, titled "KPF 2026 Handbid QR code." • Table Cleanup: On the back page, please remove the “00” placeholders currently under the "Qty" and "Amount" columns. • Registration Table: Instead of listing individual event sign-ups (spa, golf, sporting clay, etc.), please replace this section with a clean table featuring eight rows. Each row should have space for a Name, Email Address, and Phone Number. Please let me know if you need any further clarification on these points or if you require any additional files from me. I look forward to seeing the updated version.

I found a few more quick changes for the form. Thanks for taking care of these: 1. Checkbox: On page 2, top right, please add a checkbox above "Yes." I’d like to have one above both "Yes" and "No." 2. Event Times: In the event section, can you update the column to show only the date and start time? Please make sure all times are in ET: • Keeneland Tailgating: 11:00 AM ET • Golf Scramble: 7:45 AM ET • Spa Day: 9:30 AM ET • Sporting Clay: 9:45 AM ET • Trade Show: 6:00 PM ET • Awards Banquet: 6:00 PM ET
