Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a video series called 60 Seconds with the Sheriff... but the Sheriff is just a nickname, not a real sheriff. I would like to incorporate a Sheriff's badge in some way, but I need it as a seperate file as well because I'm going to animate it. The sheriff is Whit Turnbow, he is president of the Tennessee Golf Foundation. Bonus if you make it golf in some subtle way. Use the colors of the Tennessee golf logo that is attached. Also include the tri-star in the Tennessee flag in some way
