About the Company

KLC FInancial is a commercial equipment finance company that helps businesses across a wide range of industries secure flexible financing solutions for equipment and growth.

We are relationship driven, creative, adaptable, and entrepreneurial. While we operate in financial services, we are intentionally trying to avoid looking like a traditional bank or corporate finance company.

This rebrand is intended to modernize our identity and create a stronger, more memorable brand presence.

What We’re Looking For

We are exploring TWO creative directions:

Direction 1: Abstract Octopus Inspired Identity
We are interested in exploring an octopus-inspired logo concept, but in a sophisticated and abstract way.

Important:
DO NOT create a cartoon octopus
DO NOT make it playful, mascot-like, childish, or nautical
Avoid literal tentacles or clip-art sea creature designs
The logo should feel refined, premium, intelligent, adaptable, and modern

**I've attached one example of the best logo concept we've seen for the octopus. it's not quite there but that's the idea. Pay no attention to the KLC Capital name. We're KLC Financial

The octopus concept appeals to us because it symbolizes:
Adaptability
Intelligence
Flexibility
Creative problem solving
Managing complexity
Serving many industries at once

We are especially interested in:
Minimal
Geometric
Abstract
Symbol-driven concepts
Logos where the octopus inspiration is subtle rather than obvious

Think:

The best concepts may not immediately look like an octopus at first glance.

Direction 2: Strong Abstract Brand Mark
We are also open to completely abstract logo concepts with no octopus inspiration at all.

We want a bold, iconic, recognizable symbol that feels:

premium

Avoid generic finance industry clichés like:
swooshes
globes
arrows
shields
fake “tech startup” icons
stock corporate marks

We want something ownable and memorable.

Cartoonish startup
