Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new co RenewableMe. We are a training and coaching organization focused on retirement readiness strategies that improve the wellbeing of working individuals and the businesses where they work. We offer businesses a retention tool designed to reduce worker stress around retirement, increase engagement and possibly lengthen the partnership with highly skilled mature workforce. I would like to see a design using the color green and the final design should communicate the idea of human potential with the idea of sustainable or increased energy themes. I would also consider text only logo options. The tag line for the business is "Thru Work!"
