"Bald Knob Cross of Peace" logo for print and electronic media

Logo Design Brief
Design a logo for Bald Knob Cross of Peace. Bald Knob Cross of Peace is a 111 foot tall cross monument situated nearly 1,000 above average terrain located in in Southern Illinois that is visited by over 40,000 tourists each year. This logo design will be used for letterhead, website, printed and electronic marketing. I would like for "Bald Knob" to receive less attention and "Cross of Peace" to be the focal point of the design.
Updates
A huge thank you to all of you talented artists.
Here is an update:
1. Please don't make the Cross dark in any design, our monument is white.
2. Please don't include a generic cross in your design, our monument has a distinct shape which tapers from bottom to top and the cross arms taper slightly as well.
3. No mountains ... rolling hills as a part is fine. We don't have rugged mountains in our area.
4. Make the design cohesive and elegant. I prefer simpler as opposed to busy ... it must hold up in b/w and color and it must be scalable from business card to large banner.
5. I am removing the submissions that completely miss the mark to give you designers an idea of what I am wanting.
6. I will submit the top 10 designs to our board of directors ... they will pick the final winner of this logo design contest.
Thank you again to all who have submitted.

Requirements
Must have
- A representation of the monument, but it can be stylized ...
Nice to have
- Focus on "Cross of Peace"
Should not have
- To all designers, the Cross should never be dark. It is a white Cross ... either outline it or use a tint block to cause it to pop from the design. Thank you.
