Quanamo is a horizontal SaaS platform that captures real-time customer feedback via QR code — no app, no login required — and delivers AI-powered conversational insight to business operators.
Brand character: Trusted empathic advisor — warm, curious, intelligent. The product listens. The brand feels like it does too.
Brand promise: Honest customer feedback for confident business decisions.
Tagline: Customer pulse. Business confidence.
Visual metaphor: The audio waveform — voice made visible. Every peak and trough is a customer speaking. The mark should feel warm and weighted, closer to a voice fingerprint than a data visualisation or ECG. Organic and human, not technical.
Primary ground: White. The mark carries the colour and warmth.
Colour — two options under consideration (please render both):
— Deep Warm Teal #1a7a72 — trust, alive, precise, balanced, human (brand references: Starbucks, Telegram)
— Blue #327bfa — authority, intelligence, clarity, confidence (brand references: PayPal, Facebook)
Typography: Neue Montreal (humanist sans-serif, Pangram Pangram, SIL Open Font License). Fallback: Plus Jakarta Sans.
Mark constraints: No gradients in the primary mark — flat colour only. Must be legible at favicon size (16×16px). Should not resemble an ECG or a generic sine wave.
Deliverables needed: Waveform mark (standalone icon), wordmark in Neue Montreal, lock-up system (horizontal and stacked), colour variants (full colour on white, white on brand colour, mono).
