Konajit Solutions Ltd.
Logo Design Brief
This is a Northern British Columbia company that will focus on work with setting up exploration camps completing forestry-related projects and attempting to provide wildlife safety personnel. Northern British Columbia's terrain is very rugged with mountains, streams, forests and is lit up by the sun over 20+ a day several months of the year (during the spring and summer seasons).
The logo route with images/symbols could include mountain(s), tree(s), maybe a stream/river and potentially a sun. If any animals were included in the logo, it should probably be a Grizzly Bear (not required). The logo should give off a northern, rugged and professional vibe. "Konajit" means "it's dangerous" in the local language, which we felt was appropriate given the nature of the work with chainsaws, wildlife and so forth.
As for colors, we are hoping to incorporate forest green, gold and potentially brown, but please utilize the color scheme you think would be best once you've done some research, as we are flexible at this point on the color scheme.
Let’s not make the logo too busy; the logo should look good on a hat, truck, toque etc. for branding purposes, just like a sports team logo.
On the other hand, we are open to a word logo whereby the font is unique and the “A” is “KONAJIT” is an arrowhead and the remaining text fits the vibe or a northern company, perhaps with other subtle symbolism of some of the ideas mentioned above (ie. Tree(s)). The local Indigenous people used obsidian arrowheads. See the attached photo for a sample of what I’m suggesting, though this sample is rather plain.
Logo Text
"Konajit" or "Konajit Solutions". We are currently undecided whether or not we will use a shortened or longer name so we'd like to see and assess both.
