Logo Design Brief

My husbands business has it's 15-year jubilee this year. He works as a mechanic for agricultural machines (tractors, cranes, transporters, chainsaws, you name it!) and has 5 employees. We'd like the logo to look fresh and modern, but still visibly rooted in the agricultural world. The company is situated in rural Switzerland in the heart of the Bernese Alps. His current logo is based on a letter "G" as his surname is "Gasser". The logo should contain the company's name "Gasser Landmaschinen" and if possible still use the three colors red, white and black.
