Logo Design Brief

I am building a commercial building with 11 units offering "flex space". It's a modern looking building in a town that has a nickname of Race City USA. Parc Ferme is french for "closed park" and is a term often used in racing (including F1) for a secure area where cars are brought so they cannot be touched or modified. I want to name the building Parc Ferme Flex Lofts and need a logo for a sign out in front of the building and for other uses. I want the logo to be clean, simple and modern/professional looking. I envision Parc Ferme being in larger font and Flex Lofts being a smaller, secondary label, maybe below Parc Ferme. I'm attaching a few images. One is an elevation of the building I'm putting up. Another is a logo from a company in Denmark that uses the Park Ferme name that has a logo that I find appealing (to give you an idea of my tastes, though we cannot copy it). I do like the words in that logo having differen thickness fonts. I'm also attaching a picture of a sign saying Parc Ferme at an FIA race track that is in italic style font. Also attaching another logo where the "P" is made out to be like a road or race track. That is interesting though I don't like putting the "F" inside it as it gets too busy. I like the colors of the danish company logo (red/white/shades of gray or charcoal) or perhaps include dark blue instead of red (maybe show alternatives). Thanks for your help.
