Logo Design Brief

My company is a customer relationship manager and data analytics company for ranchers that sell bulls. Eventually it could move into other species as well. These people have no idea what customer relationship managers are and aren't data analysts, I just make things that are complicated easy to see. I prefer no livestock in the logo. Acumen sits at the crossroads of land and intelligence. The instinct will be to go Western (boots and barbed wire) or tech (gradients and glyphs). Neither is right. Think more along the lines of how a premium seed company or a land bank brands — grounded, confident, typographically strong.
