T-shirt Design Brief

I'm wanting a tee designed for my firefighter coffee brand in Australia.

I'd like it in the style of the examples attached.

It's aimed at Firefighters who are also part of a biker club.

The back is to read:
Ride like it's a turnout

and also the name of the company; 3rd Alarm Coffee Co. (or Company) whatever fits best. For the image I am wanting a firefighter/skull on a classic motorbike. See images attached. The skull is to be light/cartoonish, nothing dark or evil looking. It's meant to be lighthearted and fun.

On the front I want a smaller verion of the image with 3rd Alarm Coffee Company, or similar to the image attached with the lightening bolt. A similar font to that design would also be great.
