Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design to replace an exisiting design. We are a mid end concept Japanese restaurant base in Singapore called 'Kaiohdon'. We serve Japanese cuisine such as sashimi, curry, katsu don, maki and sushi.
The word 'Kaioh' in Japanese context primarily interpreted as "Sea King" (海王). And 'don' is most commonly short for donburi, a dish of rice topped with food served in a large bowl.
We would like to see designs that
1. Replace the logo design. Prefer simpler with smoother edges (Dont like the sharp edges of the trident). Or
2. Design with the name 'Kaiohdon'. Or
3. Design using Japanese paint brush on the Chinese characters 海王
We would highly looking into concept towards Logo 3, 4 and 5
