Graphic Design Brief

Create a Ferrari-looking dashboard for our True Freedom Speedometer that can look similar to my AI-generated dashboard attached, but with: 1) clear borders on all four sides, 2) is created in a way that we can modify the numbers weekly, say maybe you create the graphic that we can inset the excel spreadsheet numbers into, but ideally mixed with the Ferrari look black leather bubble design shown in the dashboard?; 3) uses the exact numbers shown in the attachment; 4) the speedometer on top should have four equal colors of red on left (-1), then yellow (0), then light green (1), then medium green (2); 5) the gauge on the top left should be the graphic that includes 0-100% bar that is currently 33%, and right below that a -20 to +20 bar with the arrow pointing to 11.9%, with color coding similar to the graphic; 6) replace the Ferrari logo in the middle with a similar shaped shield with blue background with the "T" logo with the eagle inside it, like attached
