Logo Design Brief

My company, "Ever Dry Roofing" is relocating to a new area in Alaska and want a complete redesign of our logo and branding. Looking for something modernized that will get more attention than our current design with an energy to it that still carries a feeling of reliability and integrity.
Not set on a certain color scheme and open to ideas but something green/blue or orange/blue without it looking childish; also open to single color designs.
Want a K-Style Gutter and downspout to be included in the logo to emphasize that we offer gutter installations without changing the company name.

This logo is going to be used on websites, letter heads, business cards, vehicle & trailer wraps and want it to be able to be tweaked for each application while maintaining continuity.
