App Design Brief

This app is built around three game modes—Quick Focus, Daily, and Calming—each offering short, low-stress interactions designed to prime focus, train cognitive skills, or regulate anxiety using neuroscience-informed mechanics. Gameplay spans spatial puzzles, word and memory challenges, and breathing or sensory experiences, all delivered in 1–5 minute routines with clean, calming UI patterns (grids, cards, breathing rings, soft animations). The goal is a cohesive system of micro-games and guided routines that enhance executive function, emotional regulation, and readiness before, during, or after high-stakes moments.
