Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for the company. It is an online massage ceu school.
I have another website www.drdeanine.com and the logo is circles and whole person healing.
I need a similar" look" and want to have the circles in the logo however I need the Institute of somatic therapy logo (which is currently the letters IST) to be able to sit at the top of the new website AND be on certificates.
I am attaching-
1. jpg file of the circles logo (this needs reformatting so there is no color gradient behind it so it can be placed on certificates easily and not be blurred.
2. The design for my NEW website templete which is being built so you can see the font style and prepare the new logo accordingly
3. Example of a student certificate (As you can see the logo file needs to be black and white as well as color) so that it can be placed on the certificates
4. The current website which has the old logo is www.massagecredits.com. this is so you can see how the logo was and how it had been used.

IDEA
I am thinking circles with Institute of Somatic Therapy around the top (Institute) and bottom (Somatic therapy). so it can be a circular logo (in lieu of IST)
Then I need circles and Institute of Somatic therapy going next to it on the right side. (See the top left corner of the new website design) and the certificate
I could use the circles in black so I can easily add as needed to things.
My current circles with color gradient are in a white bounding box-I need a logo with transparency.

Also if you have a better design or idea by all means!! I am open to ideas.
