Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for some t-shirts I want to start selling.
I want the text type to be exactly as my attachment.
One logo is going to be on the front of the t-shirt and the other on the back. See my examples also attached.
I simply need help to make these logos and to have them in the high resolution files jpg and png and any others you think I might need. Also need it to be made copyright.
