Logo Design Brief

Our leadership message is "No Wasted Days" and we are an excavation company in Arkansas. The logo should be bold but simple with only 2 to 3 colors used in the design. Prefer red, black and white as the colors to use. (Our company red is hex code cc162c) It needs to include something excavation related like an excavator or bulldozer. The finished design should be simple yet impactful.

The logo I have attached is an AI generated photo. I am NOT in love with it but its the only starting point I have.
