Do not like the plural on years followed by anniversary

Does not have to state years, anniversary, etc. Looking for something eye-catching & sharp. Please take idea suggestions posted as the general idea for the design request rather then cleaning them up. Preferably looking for a crest addition to current insignia or something to highlight our existing logo.

The concept is strong, especially the treatment of the “1” and the insignia-style approach for the “10.” The overall design feels a bit busy, and simplifying or tightening the layout could really elevate it.
