Newsletter Design Brief

I need a one-sheet flyer formatted for email distribution — optimized as a JPEG/PNG that I can insert into Constant Contact or Outlook. I do not want to attach it to an email, but insert it in the email we send out. I would like it to look professional but engaging. Some images would be good, but want to make sure it reads well if images do not load for the recipients. The text is in the attached Word document, but I am open to changes/ideas that may be better for marketing purposes. I included the URLs for some of the links I would like in the one-sheet that is clickable. The logo for the business is being uploaded on the Word document. Proposed text is also uploaded in a Word document. Thank you.
