2. if you want redesign the front page too then please provide new text contents for the front page as well.

hello! This is a totally different tear sheet from the main tear sheet. this is for our add-on criteria for each of our companies.

No. I am looking to have a brand new tear sheet made, using the formatting of the "Hidden Harbor Add-On Tear Sheet - 2024" pdf , but recreating it to have all of the information and details from the excel sheet.
