Graphic Design Brief

I'm looking for 1–2 long-term illustrators. Before hiring, I need to see a mockup sample from you. The job includes creating illustrated stadium backgrounds from photos I provide and turning them into templates in two styles: (A) a clean, bold digital sports illustration style with comic-book shading, and (B) a soft watercolor architectural style with loose sketch lines and pastel tones. You must also be able to take a customer’s photo of their athlete (Kid), remove the background, illustrate the kid in either Style A or Style B, adjust jersey colors and add a name/number, match lighting to the stadium, and place the illustrated character into the stadium template for a print-ready final file.

All artwork must avoid real team logos, trademarks, player likenesses, or any identifying branding to prevent legal issues—everything should be inspired, not copied.
To earn the job, you’ll complete a mockup test: I’ll send you one stadium photo and one kid photo, and you’ll create a quick sample showing the illustrated stadium and the illustrated kid placed inside it. This sample is only to demonstrate your skill.
If approved, you’ll create 10–20 stadium templates first and then handle customer orders with 24–48 hour turnaround. Required skills include Illustrator or Photoshop, Procreate (optional), strong illustration ability, and the ability to repeat a consistent style.
