International talent placement company needs a logo design
Logo Design Brief
Design a logo for 'Telos Talentos' a São Paulo–based talent consultancy. A company that fuses psychometrics, behavioral science, and decades of business strategy to place people in roles that match their design. TT serves two sides of the talent ecosystem:
1. advising executives on how to deploy and acquire the right people
2. elevating emerging professionals by coaching them into roles aligned with their natural wiring
The visual design should communicate identity, alignment, human potential, and 'designed with/for a purpose'. Avoid clichés (no generic human silhouettes, puzzle pieces, handshakes, or magnifying glasses).
Minimalistic, elegant, and modern.
Balanced negative space.
Suitable for professional branding.

Requirements
Nice to have
- I want to see a persons creativity and not an ai image bank. Trust me ive made many images with AI and they don't give the human feel we need for our brand.
Should not have
- Avoid using AI "art" and clichés (no generic human silhouettes, puzzle pieces, handshakes, or magnifying glasses)
