Logo Design Brief

I need a logo with the letters DG and a shield. I need a copy of the logo that is converted or simplified to solid black, dark grey, and white (depending on background) for printing on cameras, camera equipment, and accessories. I want the same logo in a color version for our website, nvr recorder graphic user interface, marketing materials, and will be color printed on some products. I do not want more than 3 colors including black(black plus 2 colors maximum) to make screen printing easier. Black plus one color or black plus two colors. I have uploaded examples of some cameras that the logos will be printed on. I have also uploaded the network recorder's interface where the logo will go in the top left corner. I uploaded some shield shapes to give you an idea of what shape of shield I am looking for. Feel free to ask any questions. Thank you for your help.
