Logo Design Brief

We are seeking a creative logo designer to modernize our community sport club's logo. The current logo features teal, white, and black colors, the club's name, and a kookaburra as a mascot. We aim to update the design while retaining these essential elements, drawing inspiration from modern AFL team logos.
I'm open to ideas about PINK - Either an elemnt worked into the logo or an alternative logo to use when promoting our girls program.
I'd like 5-10 alternative designs to choose from and refine into the winning design.
