Tattoo Design Brief

I'm looking for inspiration to help me complete my back tattoo harmoniously.
The foundation was built based on a tattoo I absolutely loved. The elements I wanted to keep were the arch at the bottom, the flowers on the sides, and one of the suns on the right shoulder.
For the rest, I want a different composition that includes straight vertical coverage on the scar in my lower middle back—either covering or incorporating the scar into the design.
In the center up to the shoulder, I would love some curved lines that complement the ones at the bottom.
I'm including various shots of the current status of the tattoo to highlight that I want my tattoo to be as androgynous as I am.
I'm very happy with my current tattoo artist, who specializes in fine line work. We've already explored some ideas for the rest, but I'm not fully satisfied yet, which is why I'm hoping to get suggestions here.

I'm mostly looking to complete the back, the design can spread to the shoulders and arms
