Web Design Brief

We're a new startup designing, selling, and supporting racing simulators, specifically targeted at Track Day enthusiasts and Club Racers alike. We are differentiating ourselves from other Racing Simulator companies by fully supporting the software and hardware of our systems. The client does not need to update their software to keep the simulator running, and any issues they may run into with the hardware, we will fix. We've designed our systems with this in mind and have added features that make it as easy for the client to operate as possible. Our current website says this but doesn't do a good job of highlighting how much easier these extra features make the simulator to live with.

Our systems look like a single console in the sense that the user neither sees nor interacts with the computer underneath but just uses the simulator using a simple button box. Our computers are connected to our cloud to keep Windows, the device drivers, and all the supported simulation games up to date, so that the system is always ready to use. Furthermore, we offer our systems as "lease-to-own" with small down payment and monthly installments, which also cover the ongoing hardware and software support for the duration of the lease. All other turnkey racing simulators require the full amount to be paid up front and do not offer software support to keep the systems up to date or provide anything beyond warranty service on the hardware.

We already have a website that contains most of this information, but it is not exciting. We're engineers building the systems but frankly do not know how to make our website exciting and compelling. We want the Home page experience to be much richer and ideally carry all these points across.

As we target track-day enthusiasts and club racers, we are positioning our simulators as tools to improve your technique and reflexes to improve your driving on the real track.
