Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my company "Atlantic Camera Services" - ACS for short.
We supply crew and camera equipment to various tv and film productions.
We would like the logo to be mostly the Colour grey with maybe a hint of Red.
A lot of the time this Logo will be used on a Black Background such as Black Clothing - Jumpers, Hoodies, T-Shirts.
