T-shirt Design Brief

I am looking for a t-shirt design that can be printed on dark t-shirts (black). Our company is a turbocharger company named ApexTurbo. Our slogan is Built to Win. We have the most powerful turbocharger on the market and people who use our turbos break world records and win. I am looking for a t-shirt design (artwork) that is easy to print. I would like something like a "badge" style design like the inspiration file I have attached. I have also attached our logo which has our company colors (red(Pantone 1795), white, silver, black, gray.
