We’re seeking a logo and visual identity for a new technology company, OTSI (Outliers Technology Solutions Inc). OTSI develops and deploys Short Interval Control (SIC) software designed to help mining operations detect issues early, act fast, and improve productivity continuously.
While connected to Outliers Mining Solutions, OTSI will operate as a standalone brand. Its identity should be distinct from the Outliers Mining Solutions brand but maintain a sense of connection. (Reference branding/logo attached.)
Company name: OTSI (Outliers Technology Solutions Inc.)
Sister company: Outliers Mining Solutions. (Branding / logo attached).
Avoid overly literal icons (like a truck, shovel, or gear) — keep it modern and digital.
Tone and feel:
• Modern & Confident – clean lines, tech-inspired font, minimalist color palette.
• Action-Oriented – something that feels like it’s in motion.
• Operationally Grounded – still fits in the mining environment; avoid looking “too SaaS-corporate
Some possible themes could include:
• Real-time feedback (Continuous monitoring and action within the shift)
• Control & Focus (Supervisors taking ownership of production)
• Connection & Alignment (Bridging field operations, dispatch, and management)
• Performance Uplift (Incremental improvement over time)
• Data Visibility (Turning data into insight and action)
The logo will be used across brochures, apparel (jackets & shirts), and digital channels, so it needs to look premium, clear, and versatile in both color and black-and-white applications.
We’re open to diverse design concepts and color palettes, as long as they align with the attributes above and complement — without duplicating — the Outliers Mining Solutions brand.
