Logo Design Brief

Need a FUN and Memorable logo design for our new fast-casual Thai restaurant. The concept for our food is to provide entree + 1 hot side + 1 cold side for a complete meal. The meals would be packaged in a 3 divider to go plating. I would like the "OK" to be designed using a graphic logo resembling the hand gesture (see pic) if possible, but I am open to any interpretations. The "OK" should be in a yellow/orange color. The "Thai" name I would like in a red color. The font should be fun and not serious, prefer a text that is thicker or boxier and not simpled text (see pic). The final design should communicate fun, value, happiness, and warmth.
